John Mass FRICS 
Started practice in Brentwood in 1985 after 10 years post-qualification experience in the City and West End. Work involves rent reviews, Landlord & Tenant advice, valuations and management.  He is also a member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Panel.

Christopher Stewart BSc FRICS  
Spent a year working in Bristol prior to qualifying in 1980 and has since been based in Essex. Joined Mass & Co in 1992 dealing with residential and commercial surveys and valuations, Party Wall Awards, Commercial Rating Appeals and Landlord & Tenant advice.  He is also a member of the Building Conservation Forum of the RICS.

Keith Furze
After 8 years in Holborn and Blackheath started work locally in 1985 and joined Mass & Co in 1993.  His work involves the acquisition and disposal of retail, office and industrial properties and investments.
