Basildon Town Centre's new landmark cinema and restaurant development, East Square, gets its fill with two new operators. Nando's and Kaspas Desserts have both just signed new leases on units each of approximately 3,000 sq ft. Both operators will open before the end of the year in line with the opening of the Empire Cinema and will join Loungers' Cosy Club, which opened earlier this year.
East Square is a major new project in the heart of Basildon town centre developed and owned by Basildon Borough Council for whom Mass & Co act in the leasing of the restaurants. The scheme comprises a 10 screen cinema and 6 restaurants.
