Mass & Co are pleased to report a new office letting on Chelmsford Business Park. Part of Saxon House, a modern multi-tenanted office building, accommodating approximately 5,350 sq ft (500 sqm), has been leased to US automotive software provider, OEC.
Mass & Co acted for the Landlords on the letting, The London Borough of Redbridge and OEC were represented by Knight Frank.
