The partnership between Howe Chartered Surveyors and Mass & Co will also allow for greater efficiencies between the two businesses through the pooling of resources.

“The expertise gained by Mass & Co in their 35 year history is invaluable. We’re dedicated to honouring their legacy and bringing this extensive knowledge into our surveying practice. Both firms pride themselves on their exemplary customer service, which we intend to carry forward through the most up-to-date systems and processes,” explained Christian.

“By combining these with the knowledge and market share of Mass & Co, we’re looking forward to creating a broader and more effective service offering for the clients of both organisations. This strategic collaboration will foster greater synergy, allowing both companies to offer a more holistic customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive long-term growth,” added Christian.

Mass & Co’s Christopher Stewart said “I’m delighted that we have this opportunity to strengthen both practices’ coverage for the benefit of clients new and old, building on the excellent reputation of the two firms.”

“As well as broadening our market share, the acquisition also allows the combined firms to offer extended services. Mass & Co will continue to provide residential and commercial development appraisals, valuation reports, lease extension advice, surveys, services under the Party Wall etc Act and Commercial Property Agency (including lettings, sales and acquisitions), with the benefit of a wider reach due to HCS’ already established presence in London and Kent.
