We've been working away right through 'lockdown', and with some easing of restrictions has come increased interest in commercial property from prospective tenants and buyers. There is more building work going on requiring our advice under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and we are equipped to undertake surveys and valuations safely. We've also been negotiating deals to help tenants stay in occupation. More than ever before, we can help you minimise your costs or maximise your assets, depending on whether you're an owner or occupier. Meanwhile we're proud to say 2020 marks 30 years of Mass & Co, but obviously we're a bit constrained in how we celebrate this birthday year.
